A Beach Day, Built Your Way
Beaches you can only reach by boat, snorkeling in clear water, natural caves in the cliffs, and a BBQ on the sand. Take all four, or just the two you want.
This one is not about fishing
A Beach Day is for the people in your group who would rather be swimming than holding a rod. There is no schedule to keep and no fish to chase. You tell the captain what you feel like doing, and the day is built around that.

Pick-up is from your hotel beach: the boat waits about 100 m out, and a dinghy brings you to it. Where no boat can reach, we arrange ground transport.
Pick Your Mix
Four things you can do
Take all four in one day, or just two. Nothing here is a fixed package, and the order is up to you and the captain.
Snorkeling
Calm bays and rocky points where the water stays clear. Gear is on board for everyone, including kids.
Natural caves
Caves cut into the cliffs along this coast. They are a Gulf of Papagayo feature, so departures from Flamingo or Tamarindo cannot reach them.
Beach BBQ
Lunch grilled on the sand. Steak, chicken, sausages, salads, tropical fruit and drinks, set up while you are still in the water.
On the Day
How it usually runs

The Boat
Almost any boat can do this
A Beach Day does not need a big yacht. Most of the boats we work with run this trip, from a small panga up to a fifty-footer. What changes is how many people fit, how fast you get there, and whether there is a restroom on board.

The one trip here that does fish. A few hours of inshore fishing first, then a snorkel stop, then your catch goes on the grill on the beach. Good for a group that is split between the two.
